Tandav Consultancy provides professional sports curriculum, mentorship, and scouting analytics. Our services include: • The Zone: A scouting and education vertical focused on grassroots talent development. • Warrior Scouting Dashboard: Performance analytics based on a 15-question aptitude test and real-time KPI tracking. • Mentorship: 1-2-1 Warrior Sessions and seminars for students, coaches, and athletes. • Media: Access to the 'Roaring Tandav' podcast and related content.

• Age Range: Our primary services are designed for individuals between 14 and 25 years of age. • Minors: If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our services and provide personal data.

When participating in the Warrior Mindset aptitude test or providing data for the Warrior Scouting Dashboard, you agree that: • All answers provided are completely true, accurate, and based on your own knowledge. • You have completed the test personally without external help or advice. • You understand that once submitted, answers to the aptitude test cannot be changed. • Any attempt to provide false data or manipulate KPIs may result in immediate disqualification from our athlete database.

Tandav Consultancy operates as an authentic, performance-based bridge between athletes and academies. • No Third Parties: We do not involve third-party intermediaries in the scouting process to eliminate favouritism, bias, and malpractices. • Merit-Based: Selections and "Tandav Verdicts" are generated purely through data-driven analytics and objective KPIs.

• Proprietary Tools: The 15-question Aptitude Test, the Warrior Scouting Dashboard framework, and the "Training and Nurturing Development Approach Vertical" methodology are the exclusive property of Tandav Consultancy. • Media Content: All audio, video, and text associated with the 'Roaring Tandav' podcast is protected by copyright and may not be redistributed without written consent.

• No Guarantee of Placement: While Tandav Consultancy acts as a bridge to professional clubs and academies, we do not guarantee trials, signings, or professional contracts. • Realistic Strategy: Our mentorship provides a "realistic market survival strategy," but career success depends on the individual athlete's performance, discipline, and external market factors.

• Fees for seminars, 1-2-1 Warrior Sessions, and consultation are due as per the specific agreement made at the time of booking. • Tandav Consultancy reserves the right to modify service fees with prior notice.

Tandav Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our scouting data, participation in sports leagues, or reliance on career mentorship.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
